I ran into the son of an old client today at Trader Joe's.  He looked at me in the checkout line and said "How do I know you?".  I replied "it's been 10 years since your mother died.  She was a client in my Montecito Salon."  "Yes" he replied.  "Now I remember you.  In the final days of my mother's life I brought her in for a hair style.  She had dimentia and didn't realize almost all of her hair was gone.  I brought her to your salon and you gave her the full treatment, shampoo, scalp massage, you put her under the hair dryer, and combed the few strands of hair she had remaining.  I'll never forget your compasion."
